Anita Palmer
As a freelance editor and writer with more than 25 years experience, Anita Palmer lurks behind the scenes in the publishing industry. You've never heard of her, but you may have read some of the more than 50 nonfiction and fiction books she has worked on, including titles by Henry Cloud, John Townsend, and George Barna. She is a former newspaperwoman and magazine editor. After 10 years at the San Diego Union-Tribune, Palmer started The Strong Word Communication Services, through which she also provides magazine writing and editing (she recently was published in World Magazine); marketing and web writing (a major client is the Rock Church; also see iProtectMarriage.org for her most recent website launch); and collaborative writing. She loves to encourage writers and editors.
